Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 16, 2026
Crier Communications (“Crier,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit crierpr.com or otherwise interact with us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using our website, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit our contact form or email us, we collect the details you choose to share — typically your name, email address, company or brand name, and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, limited technical information may be collected, such as your approximate location, device and browser type, referring page, and the pages you view. We use privacy-first, cookieless web analytics for this purpose (see “Cookies and analytics” below).
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the information or services you request;
- To communicate with you about your project or our work;
- To operate, maintain, secure and improve our website;
- To understand how visitors use the site, in aggregate; and
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
Cookies and analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused service that measures site traffic without using cookies and without tracking individuals across websites or building advertising profiles. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Your browser settings let you control or block cookies should any be set.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with:
- Service providers that help us operate, including Google Workspace (email), Mailgun (email delivery), Cloudflare (DNS, security and analytics), and GitHub Pages (website hosting);
- Legal and safety recipients, where required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of Crier, our clients or others.
Third-party links
Our site links to third-party platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; we encourage you to review their policies.
Data security
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to maintain our business records, or to comply with legal requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of its “sale” or “sharing.” California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA); because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is nothing to opt out of, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any right. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
Children’s privacy
Our website is intended for a general, business audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
